Refund policy

Exchange Policy :

  1. Refunds are not accepted. Exchange only.

  2. Items may be exchanged within 2 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for ensuring the item remains in its original and undamaged condition.

  3. In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the delivery fee only.

  4. Delivery fees for kuwait depends on the area.

  5. Please contact us on Instagram @minutes.og or  via Whatsapp +965 65994632 to request exchange .Provide us with your order number and phone number , and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  

 

 

سياسة الاستبدال

  • لا يتم قبول الاسترجاع، الاستبدال فقط.

  • يمكن استبدال القطعة خلال يومين من تاريخ الاستلام، ويجب على العميل التأكد من أن القطعة بحالتها الأصلية والسليمة.

  • في حالة الاستبدال، يتحمّل العميل فقط رسوم التوصيل.

  • رسوم التوصيل داخل الكويت تختلف حسب المنطقة.

  •    لطلب الاستبدال، يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر إنستغرام او واتساب 
    يرجى تزويدنا برقم الطلب ورقم الهاتف، وسنقوم بالرد عليكم في أقرب وقت ممكن
